CUSTOMER & MERCHANDISE MANAGER (M/F/D)

As Customer & Merchandise Manager (m/f/d), you will take over the area management with regard to the flow of goods of our area partners and be the primary contact person for our wholesale customers. Are merchandise management, customer service and sales processes such as order acceptance management, delivery or condition monitoring exactly your thing? Then you are exactly right with us.

Your tasks:

  • Control and ensure optimal availability of goods for our trading partners.
  • Responsibility for demand-oriented in-season management, taking into account all relevant area key figures
  • Analysis of assortment performance and derivation of appropriate optimization measures
  • Operational support of domestic and foreign customers
  • Order and complaint acceptance management and order and delivery monitoring
  • Checking and ensuring the implementation of defined limit plans
  • Close cooperation with our area sales managers, agencies, importers as well as internal departments

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of textiles/business administration or wholesale or retail training in the field of fashion.
  • First professional experience in the fashion industry, ideally in customer service and merchandise management
  • Confident handling of merchandise management systems as well as MS-Office
  • Good manners, strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach
  • Independent, structured and reliable work and entrepreneurial action
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken

MERCHANDISE PLANNER & ANALYST (M/F/D)

As Merchandise Planner & Analyst you will be responsible for performance improvement in the area of merchandise planning and availability at our headquarters in Freiberg am Neckar near Stuttgart. Analysis & planning as well as the creation of strategies and deriving measures are exactly your thing? Then you've come to the right place.

Your tasks:

  • Performance analysis along the product life cycle
  • Optimization of article stock performance through development of planning tools & continuous improvement of goods availability
  • Monitoring & ensuring compliance with goods placement guidelines in the pre-order process
  • Analysis & planning of pre-order and stock quantities
  • Continuous monitoring of inventory levels along the merchandise flow
  • Development of measures for the marketing of stocked goods in cooperation with the marketing department
  • Close cooperation with product development, procurement, marketing and sales

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of economics or textile/business administration.
  • At least one year of work experience in a similar position
  • Strong analytical skills & pronounced affinity for numbers
  • High understanding of flow of goods and processes
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
