Your tasks:

  • Planning, monitoring and handling of all import and export operations
  • Creation of shipping and export documents as well as examination and storage of all import and export documents
  • Ensuring and compliance with all customs and external regulations
  • Interface to customs authorities, freight forwarders and internal departments (sales, procurement, logistics and accounting)
  • Your profile:

    • Successfully completed training as a forwarding headman, in wholesale and foreign trade or a comparable education
    • Experience in customs clearance or import / export
    • Informed knowledge in the field of document processing, the Incoterms, goods tariff numbers and import export control
    • Routinated in dealing with management programs (Atlas Customs Software) and General IT Applications (MS Office)
    • Self-responsible, goal-carrying and structured operation
    • English in word and font
