+ SENIOR COMMUNICATION MANAGER (M/F/D)
As Senior Communication Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for Rich & Royal's brand and corporate communications. For this exciting and responsible role, we are looking for a Senior Communication Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
- Responsibility for strategy, editing and content for the various communication channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, PR and B2B newsletters
- Writing collection texts, press releases and other editorial texts for internal and external communication
- Defining and developing the brand presentation, particularly in terms of tonality
- Planning and implementing communication campaigns
- Management of agencies and close collaboration with the internal creative teams from Design & Graphics
- Analyzing and monitoring the success of communication activities and deriving optimization measures
- Building and maintaining your fashion network in order to use your good contacts in a targeted and versatile way
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed a degree or comparable training with a focus on journalism, public relations, communication, marketing and/or textiles/fashion
- You have at least four years of professional experience in a comparable position
- You have a great passion for fashion and lifestyle topics as well as a good feel for current trends
- You are an exceptionally strong communicator, confident in style and copywriting and have already built up a good network in the fashion industry
- In addition to your confident manner, you are characterized by a strong focus on results, commitment and flexibility

+ GRAPHIC & COMMUNICATION DESIGNER (M/F/D)
Do you love creative work, have innovative design ideas and enjoy conveying them in different communication channels? Then become part of our Rich & Royal Marketing team as: Graphic & Communication Designer (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Creative further development of the brand presence at all touchpoints
- Conception and implementation of CI-compliant communication materials for various online and offline channels
- Professional image editing and retouching as well as editing of simple video projects
- Creation of animations, illustrations and graphics
- Creation of print data for print ads and POS materials
- Design and production of visual content specifically for social media
- Participation in the design of user-friendly interfaces for the web presence and mobile applications to improve the user experience
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed a degree or training in the field of communication or graphic design
- You have already gained at least two years of professional experience in a comparable position
- You have a great passion for fashion and lifestyle topics as well as a good feel for current trends and aesthetics
- You are confident in using the Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- You have (basic) knowledge of UX/UI design and the use of AI tools
- You are creative, have an eye for detail and like to work independently, carefully and solution-oriented
